Order Processing
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- For custom orders, please note that it may take 3-5 business days to prepare or manufacture your items.
Shipping Times
- The shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees. We work diligently to ensure your order is shipped on time, but unforeseen courier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
- Typical shipping times to major countries such as Australia, UK, USA, and Canada range between 5-7 business days via DHL International or FedEx Express.
Lost Items
- If your package tracking has not been for over 21 days, please contact us at support@openthrottle.shop.
- Once we complete our investigation:
- If the package is deemed lost, we will gladly resend the order.
- Refunds are not offered for lost packages; only replacements are provided.
Stolen Items
- We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.
- If your package is stolen, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim, or refusal of delivery:
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
- If you choose not to have the package resent, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Damaged Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damage, including the item and packaging.
- Contact us at support@openthrottle.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- After reviewing the case, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Weather and Force Majeure Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by events outside of our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- While we do our best to communicate delays, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates during such events.
Holiday Delays
